Important schema rule
Evidence status and effect direction are separate fields. A high-quality trial can support a null finding; a mechanistically interesting result can still sit at a low level of human certainty. The data model preserves both.
Evidence first
Monitoring, exports and machine-readable access may be developed later if there is demonstrated professional demand. Any later workflow should use the same schema and provenance rules as the public evidence pages.
