What helps us check a correction?
- The page or compound involved.
- The exact statement you think needs changing.
- A primary source or regulatory document when available.
- A short explanation of the issue.
What happens next?
Evidence corrections are checked against the cited record and, where appropriate, the underlying primary or regulatory source. Material scientific changes are recorded in the change history rather than silently overwritten.
